• Acoustical Enclosures- performance can exceed a range from 90 dBA down to 60 dBA when measured 3 feet from the unit and 5½ feet above grade
• Insulated Enclosures- Internally packed for thermal and sound protection
• Weather Enclosures- 16 ga. thru 10 ga. construction
• Acoustical Barriers- For personnel and environmental protection
• Fire Rated Enclosures- Primarily used for offshore applications to meet USCG/SLSI rating specifications ranging from Class A-0 to A-60

The ability to provide optional accessory packages you can be assured of not being locked into limited capabilities. Some of the options we offer are:

• Fire/Gas Detection and Fire Suppression Systems- Equipment will be completely mounted, wired, and functionally tested
• Motor Operable Louvers and Dampers- Wired to relay in the starting system to open when the unit starts
• Ventilation Systems- Thermal protection during off and on stages of equipment operation
• U.L. Listed Sub-Base Fuel Tanks- Designed to meet the project specifications and requirements
• Electrical Systems- Designed to meet the project specifications and requirements
• Electrical Systems- Provided lighting packages, load centers, receptacles, switches, heaters with thermostats, self-contained A/C units, etc.   Components suitable for normal indoor to hazardous location applications
• Coating Systems- Suitable for normal to severe environment exposures
• Specialty Metals- Fabrication utilizing stainless steel or aluminum materials

For example, our customers need only furnish the generator skidded unit and ACS can furnish all remaining components to completely package your project. We can:

• Set units on U.L. listed sub-base fuel tank
• Install vibration isolators between unit and sub-base skid
• Mount weather or acoustical enclosure around unit, on sub-base skid
• Install and wire switchgear , main breaker panels and specified exotic electrical and instrument configurations.
• Mount exhaust muffler(s) and flex exhaust pipe
• Install and wire battery chargers and block heaters
• Install, wire, and test lights, switches, receptables, limit switches, fans, space heaters, load centers, etc.
• Mount  motor or pneumatic operable louver/dampers and synchronize operation with the gen-set.
